When does the Black Friday sale end? +
Black Friday pricing runs through November 30. The countdown at the top of this page shows exactly how long is left.
Is shipping included in the Black Friday price? +
Yes. Shipping is free to all 48 contiguous US states, and orders ship from our California warehouse in 2-7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and remote areas are excluded.
Does the warranty still apply to Black Friday purchases? +
Absolutely. Every bike sold during the sale carries the same 2-year warranty on the motor, battery and frame, backed by our US-based support team. Black Friday is a discount, not a different product.
Can I pay in installments during the sale? +
Yes. Shop Pay is available at checkout for interest-free financing, so you can split the Black Friday price into monthly payments and still get the full discount.
