Please note that the return and refund policy only applies to the e-bikes purchased from our official website.


If the product is damaged or defected upon arrival, please contact the MAXFOOT e-bike support team. They will determine whether the product can be repaired or not, and initiate the exchange process if it is not repairable. In that case, please kindly make sure that the product is returned with its original packaging. We will send you a new bike after we received the old one. The time for you to receive the new bike may vary depending on where you live.

If the product is intact upon delivery, but you do not like the bike and would like to return it. Please kindly send the product back in its original packaging after getting permission from Maxfoot. We will charge 20% handling and shipping fees from the total amount, and refund the rest to your credit card.

Remark:
1. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. All returns will be inspected for damage. Please package your return item properly to make sure no damage incurs during the return shipping process.
3. If the product is new and intact, a refund will be issued to your credit card in about 7-10 business days.

Your in-stock order will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after we received your confirmation email. Orders placed on the weekend, holiday or orders received and confirmed after 1 pm on weekdays will be processed the next working day.

2. Transit Time
Once the item has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number immediately in the email provided to us during checkout. You also have an option to check the updated info in your Maxfoot account. Delivery times will vary depending on how far the destination is from our El Monte warehouse.

Are you living in Hawaii or Canada? No worries, even if we can't provide Free Shipping to your home,we promise that we will not charge you any penny more than what shipping carriers quote us. Please send us an email and we will be happy to get a quote to your shipping address.

Which carriers do we use?
We ship via UPS and FedEx ground for most electric bicycles, USPS for small parts and accessories(signature not required), and Road Runner and Estes Express freight for mopeds and tricycles. Due to the high value of electric bicycles, we require a ignature for delivery on every bike order over $300.

The MAXFOOT powerful motor provides the MF-33 with a rated power of 750W (peak power 1100W) and a powerful torque of 85N.m. In the new version in 2024, the position of the MF-33's motor has been changed to the rear wheel position. This means that the entire vehicle is driven by the two rear wheels, and the driving mode is changed from the original "pull" to "push". When riding on some special terrain, the front wheel will no longer slip. The MAXFOOT motor will work with the two rear wheels to easily push you forward. Free from terrain anxiety, your rides will be easier and more enjoyable.

Rear Differential

The differential exists to adjust the speed difference between the left and right wheels so that when the MF-33 is driving on uneven roads or turning, the left and right wheels can roll at different speeds. To achieve the purpose of ensuring the overall balance and safety of the tricycle when passing through special terrain or turning.

Passenger Seat

MF-33 is equipped with a rear passenger seat, which can theoretically support 2 additional adults. The step-thru passenger step is very convenient for adults and children to get in and out of the trike. The seat cushion and backrest of moderate thickness, combined with the footrests and armrests on both sides, will provide rear passengers with a comfortable riding experience and enjoy the scenery along the way.

Taillight with Turn Signl

In addition to the standard driving light and brake light functions, the MF-33's taillight also provides a turn signal function. With a reasonable key arrangement, you can light up the turn signal promptly and conveniently when you need to change lanes or turn while riding to remind the vehicle behind you. Ensure road safety for both parties.

SAMSUNG Lithium Battery

The MF-33 fat tire electric trike provides a SAMSUNG 48V 20Ah high capacity battery, it can support MF-33 travel around 85+ miles on a single charge ( with PAS 1 ).

Dual Rear Disc Brake

The fat tire electric trike are equipped with 180mm dual disc brakes for all wheels, which prevents rollover effectively. When you brake, the brake disc can be sensitively held tightly according to your needs.

Thick Comfortable Seat

The electric trike for adults features a thick padded saddle with a unique design of backrest of the seat. It can improve your riding comfort and keep your riding comfortable at rough torgraphy.

The MF-33 Rickshaw style Etike: Received in great condition and packaging. It came mostly assembled and the remaining portion was easy. It is a lot of fun. My wife and I comfortably ride around the neighborhood. The service has been helpful and responsive. I would recommend MaxFoot too anyone

As a new electric trike/ bike owner, all I can say is that we love it! With a little help from my wife we got it out of the box and did the little bit of assembly. Nothing was hard to figure out but I did find a YouTube video https://youtu.be/4IbOSNXkTtg?si=B9NaI2c5UMxHpV-q (for the MF30) that did help.
A powerful fat tire electric trike that feels suited for the city but can also tackle some moderate trails thanks to the suspension fork, extra large tires and sturdy build. I feel safe on it and more importantly, my wife does, which is great!
Quick email response from Maxfoot for questions and they stay connected throughout the process.
The ride is fun and feels safe. Remember it is not a bike but a trike so no blowing around corners.
Highly recommended!

I am liking the trike. I am 63 and use it to ride down to dock for fishing. Have added fishing rod holder on trike. Also my granddaughter loves it as well. Looking forward to have this with traveling and making it easier to visit places

But love the trike. Plenty of power no problem on hills with people riding on passenger seat.
