At Maxfoot, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our comprehensive policy below (Please note that the return and refund policy only applies to the e-bikes purchased from our official website) :

1. Return Window

We offer a 15-day return period. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return (Step-by-Step)

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@maxfoot.bike.
  • Provide your Order Number, clear photos/videos of the product, and a reason for return.
  • Get Permission: Do not send items back without prior authorization. Once approved, we will provide the return instructions and address.

3. Returns for Personal Reasons (Non-Quality Issues)

If the product is intact and functional upon delivery, but you decide you do not like the bike or would like to return it for personal reasons:

  • Requirement: The product must be sent back in its original packaging.
  • Fees: We will charge 20% handling and shipping fees from the total order amount.
  • Refund: The remaining balance will be refunded to your original credit card.

4. Shipping, Insurance & Packaging

  • Trackable Shipping: If you are shipping an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damage Inspection: All returns will be inspected for damage.
  • Proper Packaging: Please package your return item properly. Maxfoot is not responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process due to poor packaging.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Inspection: Once the product is received and confirmed as new and intact, a refund will be processed.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically issued to your credit card within 10 business days after the inspection is complete.
